摘要
目的分析手术治疗第五跖骨基底部骨折的效果。方法回顾性分析24例第五跖骨基底部骨折患者的临床资料,采取针对性手术治疗,综合评价患者的临床疗效。结果本组24例患者均获得随访,骨折愈合时间较短,切口愈合效果显著,均为一期愈合,经X线片检查显示骨折均愈合,无不良反应出现;术后恢复较快,完全负重时间为5.6~7.9周,平均(6.12±0.47)周;中前足功能评分88~100分,平均(94.2±1.26)分;VAS评分0~3分,平均(0.65±0.41)分。结论在第五跖骨基底部骨折的治疗过程中,及早采取相应的手术治疗可取得良好的疗效,预后良好。
Objective To analyze the effect of surgical treatment of fracture of the fifth metatarsal base. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 24 patients with basilar part fractures of the fifth metatarsal, targeted surgical treatment, clinical evaluation of patients. Results This group of 24 patients were followed up for a short time, the healing of fracture, wound healing effect, were primary healing, the X-ray examination showed that all fractures healed. There was no adverse reaction; rapid recovery after operation, full weight-bearing time was 5.6 to 7.9 weeks, the average （6.12±0.47） weeks before; the foot function score of 88 to 100, the average （94.2±1.26）; VAS score of 0 to 3, the average （0.65±0.41） points. Conclusion In the process of treatment of fracture of the fifth metatarsal base in the early to take the appropriate surgical treatment can obtain good curative effect, good prognosis.
