摘要
目的分析探讨瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合温胆汤联合西药治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月—2016年8月我院收治的150例冠心病患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=75)和对照组(n=75)。对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,观察组患者采用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合温胆汤联合常规西药治疗。分析比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率大于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗冠心病效果优于单一常规西药治疗,且联合治疗安全性较好,有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of gualouxiebaibanxia decoction and wendan decoction combined with western medicine on coronary heart disease.Methods 150 case of patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine.The patients in the observation group were treated with gualouxiebaibanxia decoction combined with wendan decoction conventional and western medicine.The clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of coronary heart disease is better than a single conventional western medicine,and the combination of good safety,have a high clinical value.
