摘要
随着我国社会的进步和发展,人均物质生活水平提升,人们开始从以往的关注温饱问题转变为关注健康生活,如何能够为人民的生命健康提供保证,加强中小型医院卫生经济管理工作尤为重要。中小型医院经济管理工作作为医院管理工作中重要的组成部分,其管理工作成效高低直接影响到中小型医院的长远生存和发展,影响到医院的经营效益和资金利用效率。由此,主要将中小型医院卫生经济管理工作进行分析,结合实际情况,提出合理的改善措施。
Along with social progress and development in China,the per capita material life level significantly increased,people began to focus from the previous food and clothing problem into a healthy life,how can provide guarantee for people＇s lives and health,strengthen the small and mediumsized hospital health economic management is particularly important.Small and medium-sized hospital economic management as an important part of hospital management,the management of the high and low achievement directly affect the long-term survival and development of the small and medium-sized hospitals,affect the hospital management benefit and use efficiency of funds.Thus,this article mainly small and medium-sized hospital health economic management is analyzed,combined with the actual situation,put forward the reasonable improvement measures.
