摘要
作为校企合作两大主体之一,企业能否积极参与决定着校企合作的实际培养效果。然而,在高职院校与企业的校企合作中,企业缺乏积极参与的内驱力,热情不高。从企业的角度来看,企业参与校企合作是其内在的动因和利益驱使,但在校企合作过程中普遍存在企业经济利益无法保证,政策、法律、机制不健全等问题,影响了企业参与校企合作的积极性。因此,在政策上要对企业参与校企合作进行支持、引导,完善校企合作的法律法规,确保企业权责利统一等,以调动企业参与校企合作的积极性。
Enterprise is one of the two main subjects of enterprise cooperation,which determines the actual training effect of the school enterprise cooperation. At present it is a very common phenomenon that school is very active while enterprise is not in school enterprise cooperation. This paper expounds the relevant interests of enterprises participating in the school enterprise cooperation and analyses various factors,and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the policy and the law to ensure the unity of the rights and responsibilities of enterprises and other aspects.
