摘要
高职院校文化治理的当代主题是建立具有鲜明时代特征与职业教育特色的文化体系。这一主题是由制度变迁与制度环境重构的诉求、技术进步内在要求及以"工匠精神"为中心的精神文化建设需求所决定的。墨子思想因其发生与复兴的规律性特征、重"技"的思想内容、兼爱互利的道德观,契合了高职院校文化变迁的阶段性诉求。因此,将墨子思想引入高职院校文化治理,通过现代大学制度建设、相关课程设置与实践教学安排、相关有形文化建设、校训建设及专题研究等途径,建设符合高职院校组织特性的文化体系,有助于体现高职院校办学特色,丰富其发展内涵。
The subject of cultural governance of higher vocational colleges in modern times is to build a cultural system which has distinct characteristics of the era and vocational education features. The subject is formed by the effect of mechanisms change and mechanism environment change, technology improvement and the spiritual culture by the characters of the spirit of the craftsman. Mohism may fit the need of the cultural change of higher vocational colleges in this period, such as the characters of the Mohism＇ s appearance and renaissances, attaching to the technology in his ideological system and the fraternity and mutual benefit in his morality. Therefore, it is useful to introduce Mohism into cultural governance of higher vocational colleges for building a cultural system showing on characters of higher vocational colleges, which may be useful to reflect the characters of higher vocational colleges and enrich developmezlt cormotation, by the way of modern university mechanism, curriculums and practice teaching-learning, material culture, university motto, special study and so on.
