摘要
信用风险是供应链金融的主要风险。本文从生态系统的角度探索供应链金融的本质是信用创造与信用扩张,供应链金融信用风险扩散的机理是信用风险在供应链金融网络中的传播性与传染性,信用风险扩散可以从时间维度、空间维度和强度维度这三个维度进行识别。基于此提出供应链金融信用风险扩散的防控机制,包括平台指数机制、信用征集机制、数据库机制、信息共享机制和风险预警机制。
Credit risk is the main risk of supply chain finance （SCF） . This paper proposes to explore the essence of SCF which is credit creation and credit expansion based on the perspective of ecosystem. The mechanism of credit risk diffusion of SCF is the diffusion and contagion of credit risk in SCF net. The credit risk diffusion can be recognized from the temporal, spatial and strength perspective. It puts forward the prevention and control mechanism, including the platform index, credit collecting, database, information sharing and risk warning mechanism.
