摘要
总结了钻井参数测量仪器发展的三个阶段:机械式、液压式仪表阶段,自动化、集成化阶段和信息化、智能化阶段。针对国内外钻井参数测量仪器有线连接、可移动性差,维护困难,易受干扰的问题,介绍了目前无线钻井参数测量仪器的研究现状。通过构建井场无线传输网络,利用低功耗电子技术改造传感器,解决了无线钻井参数测量系统数据采集和传输问题。指出了该技术的未来发展趋势:向多学科、多技术集成方向发展;向钻井参数动态优选、智能控制方向发展。指出无线钻井参数测量仪器将成为下一代钻井现场数据采集系统的重要部分。
Three stages of the development of drilling parameter measuring instrument are summarized,including mechanical and hydraulic stage,automation and integration stage,and information and intelligence stage. Aiming at the disadvantages such as wired connection,low removability,uneasy maintenance,and easily disturbed in both domestic and abroad instruments,the current status of wireless drilling parameter measuring instrument is introduced. Through the construction of well site wireless transmission network and low power sensing technology,the date acquisition and transmission problems were resolved. Its future development tendency is presented,such as moving forward to multidisciplinary and multiple technology integration,optimizing drilling parameters dynamically and controlling intelligently. It is indicated that the wireless drilling parameter measuring instrument will be an important part of future drilling data acquisition system.
