摘要
经济区是社会经济发展到较高阶段的产物 ,是地缘政治与地缘经济共同作用的结果 ,是世界经济一体化和区域、集团化发展过程中在地域上的表现形式。图们江地缘经济区有许多具体的发展特征 ,其运行规则与一国之内的各种类型的经济区有很大不同 ,但也必须遵守地缘经济区正确处理国家间关系 ,求得共同发展的共同原则。我国图们江地区开发事业经过十多年的发展 ,已经取得很大成绩 ,但仍有很多问题没有解决。因此 ,应依据地缘经济的运行规则加以改进 ,并面对我国入世和俄罗斯即将入世作好多方面的准备。
The economic regions are the products of the higher level of economic development, as well as the results of the common effects of geopolitics and geo-economics, and the manifestation of the process of economic globalization and regionalism, corporation tendency. Tumen river economic region has many developing features. The international economic region is different from the domestic economic regions, but it also should follow the rule of regulating the relations among countries to pursue common development. The developing of the Tumen river economic region has gone for more than 10 years, and has made great achievements, but there have been problems too which should be improved by following the rule of geo-economics.
