摘要
详细介绍了智能管理系统在海洋计量检测机构中提出的背景、预期达到目标、构建思路,及其在实验室管理和客户服务等方面的功能设计。该系统适合国内一般检测校准实验室对检测环节所有参与要素的信息化管理,能较好地解决日常工作中产生的诸多问题,并为同行业引进类似项目提供一些参考和借鉴。
This paper presents an intelligent management system applied in ocean measuring and testing institution in detail, especially focusing on its background, expected goal, constructing idea, as well as its functional design in laboratory management and client service. The system is suitable for domestic general testing and calibrating laboratories for the examination link involved in informationization management, so it can better solve the problems generated by daily work, and provide some reference for similar projects within the industry.
