摘要
目的:分析髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2013年4月-2014年4月治疗的80例年股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表方法,将所有病患平均分成两个组:对照组与观察组,每组40例。在手术结束后,对观察组患者进行系统的康复训练,并让各组患者对治疗方法进行评分,最后比较两组老年髋关节置换术患者的身体恢复情况。结果:观察组疼痛、关节活动度、行走能力和活动能力等各项指标的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年股骨颈骨折患者给予系统的康复训练可以加快患者的健康恢复进度,可使患者尽早恢复肢体和全身机能,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of hip replacement in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elder.Method： 80 patients with femoral neck fracture in the author＇s hospital from April 2013 tO April 2014 were selected as the research object, according to random number table method, all patients were divided into two groups： control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group.After the operation, the patients in the observation group were treated with systematic rehabilitation training, and the patients in each group were given a score of treatment.Finally, the physical recovery of the two groups of eider patients with hip replacement was compared.Result： The scores ot the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the difference of data between the iwo groups was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The rehabilitation training of patients with femoral neck fracture in the elder can accelerate the progress of health recovery, and has avery good effect, it has a very important role in treatment.
