摘要
目的:对吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病患者的医学效果进行分析研究。方法:选取笔者所在科室2013年1月-2015年1月收治的高血压合并冠心病患者80例进行研究。将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例,治疗前对患者的个人基本身体情况进行检查,检查的项目主要为血压、总胆固醇等。治疗组采取用吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平片进行治疗,对照组则采取普通的硝苯地平片进行治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果,观察血压、血脂等治疗前后的变化情况,以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组的总有效率为90%,对照组为70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在接受不同药物治疗后,总胆固醇、甘油三脂等均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,而高密度脂蛋白含量则均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平片治疗高血压合并冠心病患者的临床效果十分显著,具有非常大的临床意义,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Indapamide and Amlodipine in treatment of patients with hypertension and coronary ceart disease.Method:80 cases of patients with coronary artery disease in the author,s laboratory from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Before treatment,the individual patient's basic health,the blood pressure,and total cholesterol were checked.The treatment group were given Indapamide Tablets combined with Amlodipine for treatment,and the control group were given regular Nifedipine for treatment.The effect, changes of blood pressure and blood lipid index and reactions to drugs were observed.Result:The effective rate of treatment group was 90%,while the control group was 70%,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).After treatment,the total cholesterol and triglyceride of two groups were lower than pre-treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group.And the high-density lipoprotein of two groups were higher than pre-treatment,and the the treatment group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).There was no differences between the postoperative incidence of adverse reactions(P〉0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of Indapanmide and Amlodipine in treatment of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease is very significant,with a very large clinical significance,worthy of promotion.
