摘要
针对薄壁塑件提出了两种浇注系统方案,通过流动分析,确定了最佳的浇注系统方案。以最佳浇注系统方案为基础,提出了3种冷却分析方案,通过冷却分析,确定了最佳的冷却方案。由此,确定了最佳浇注系统和冷却系统设计方案,该方案不仅能保证塑件质量,同时缩短了成型周期,降低了生产成本。
Two kinds of gating system schemes were proposed for thin wall plastic parts. Through analysis and comparison, the optimum gating system scheme was determined. Based on the optimal gating system scheme, three cooling analysis schemes were proposed for cooling analysis.The optimal cooling scheme was determined through analysis and comparison. Thus, the optimal gating system and cooling system design scheme were determined. The scheme not only guarantees the product quality, shortens the molding period, but also reduces the production cost.
