摘要
在汽车覆盖件冲压生产过程中,通常是在模具中采用废料刀对修边废料切断,但是修边切断的同时也将废料切断时产生细小铁屑带进模具型腔,致使冲压件表面造成压痕等缺陷。这样的工艺降低了生产效率也给表面件质量带来重大影响,怎样有效的解决修边废料掉铁屑是现在主要解决的问题。本文分析了多种解决修边掉铁屑问题,并通过多层次、多方面的分析几种方法的利与弊,从而找出最合适的修边方式。
In the production of stamping automobile covering parts,we usually use scrap cutter to cut the waste material, but the small iron filings produced by cutting waste material,are taken into the die cavity,which results in impression and other defects. The design reduces productivity and brings significant influence on surface quality. It is necessary to solve the problem of trimmed waste iron filings. Some solutions have been put forward, and the advantages and disadva,ltages have been analyzed through multi-level and multi-dimensional methods, so as to identify the most appropriate trimming means.
