摘要
汽车轻量化和碳纤维复合材料化是大势所趋,碳纤维在汽车中的应用涉及车体、底盘、传动轴、发动机壳体、刹车片和某些部件。为了提升碳纤维在中档车中的应用,近期全球碳纤维及碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)产业的研究重点包括提高碳纤维的生产效率、降低生产成本,CFRP成型工艺的改进,选用廉价又能提高CFRP综合性能的添加剂,由废旧CFRP回收和再生碳纤维的技术,以及发展CFRP与金属等材料的粘接技术和粘合剂等。本文针对上述重点进行了系列调研和分析,并对今后国内外汽车用新材料的发展进行了展望。
Light-weighted materials and carbon fiber composites dominate the developing trends of automobile materials. They can be used in the body, chassis, drive shaft, motor case, brake pad and some parts of automobile. To increase the use of carbon fiber in medium-grade cars, recently the research of global carbon fiber and carbon fiber reinforced polymer/plastics(CFRP) industry has been focusing on increasing the production efficiency and reducing production costs of carbon fiber, improving CFRP molding technology, adopting additives that are cheaper but capable of improving the overall performance of CFRP, developing the technologies for recovering carbon fiber from waste CFRP and developing the technologies for bonding CFRP with metals and related adhesives. The paper investigates and analyzes the above-mentioned points and forecasts the future development of new automobile materials both at home and abroad.
