摘要
分析了堆垛机运行过程中的常见故障、故障起因及其可导致的严重后果,归纳堆垛机状态监测与故障诊断经历了事后维修、定期检修、在线实时监测与诊断三个发展阶段,通过实例分析对国内外状态监测与故障诊断技术研究及应用现状做了详细介绍,对状态监测与故障诊断技术在堆垛机上的应用进行了研究分析,并展望了基于无线传感器网络的堆垛机状态监测与故障诊断的发展趋势。
In this paper, we analyzed the common faults, their causes and possible consequences in the operation of the cargo stacker, summarized the three developmental stages for the status monitoring and fault diagnosis of them, namely, breakdown maintenance, regular maintenance and online real-time monitoring and diagnosis, introduced in detail the researches and applications of the online real-time monitoring and diagnosis technologies both in China and abroad, and at the end, predicted the development trend of the WSN-based stacker status monitoring and fault monitoring technology.
