摘要
海上溢油会对海洋生态环境造成极大危害。围油栏是一种能够有效地防止溢油扩散、缩小溢油面积、配合回收的简易而有效的工具。由于海洋波、流环境复杂,针对不同海况选择围油栏型号时,预先估算围油栏在波、流作用下的运动响应十分必要。本试验通过水槽实验,研究不同结构参数和特性的围油栏对波、流条件的运动响应,分析围油栏的最小吃水及最小干舷高度与围油栏的尺度、波流要素间的关系。
Oil spill will cause extensive environment damage to the marine ecosystem. Oil boom is a simple yet effective tool that can effectively prevent spread of oil spill, reduce the area of oil spill, and aid in the recovery of oil. Due to the complexity of the waves and currents, it is essential to estimate motion response of the boom in waves and currents when choosing the type of the boom according to different sea situation. In this paper, the motion re- sponse of boom with different features to different waves and currents was investigated through flume tests, and the effect of waves and currents on the minimum effective boom freeboard and drafts was analyzed.
