废弃尿不湿中聚合物对镉污染土壤的修复研究

摘要 采用盆栽试验研究了废弃尿不湿中聚合物(UDP)对镉(Cd)污染土壤和高粱生长的改善作用。结果表明UDP的应用使高粱植株生物量提高了6.5倍,而地上部Cd的含量仅为对照处理的34.5%,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的活性明显降低,处理间差异显著。UDP处理的土壤Ca Cl2交换Cd的含量明显降低了46.2%~50.0%和37.3%~42.6%;此外UDP结合高粱生长还明显增强了土壤中β-葡萄糖苷酶、磷酸酶、脲酶、纤维素酶和蛋白酶的活性。此外UDP处理的高粱Cd的提取量远高于植物修复的基本要求(10 mg/kg),提取总量超过了土壤Ca Cl2交换Cd的6%。综上所述采用UDP并结合高粱可以作为改善植株生长和Cd污染土壤的一种有效方法。 A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of polymer in used baby diaper on Cd - contaminated soil and sorghum growth. The results of the contrast experiment showed that the plant biomass of sor- ghum was increased by 6.5 times. The Cd content in superficial soil was 65.5% less than that of the untreated soil. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) in sorghum were significantly decreased. The concentrations of soil CaCl2 extractable Cd were remarkably reduced by 46.2% - 50.0% and 37.3% -42.6%. The polymer together with the sorghum growth remarkably enhanced the activities of glucosidase, phosphatase, urease, cellulose and protease. Besides, the extraction amount of Cd of the sorghum was 39.5 mg/kg, too more than the threshold of phytoremediation ( 10 mg/kg) and 6% of the Cd in the soil was extracted.
