摘要
煤层气单分支水平井是一种新的开发井型,目前主要采用三开井型,水平段煤层裸露面积相对较小,有待进一步优化。通过开展井型改进、钻完井工艺优化,提出了新的二开井型设计及完井管串结构,优化了三开钻完井工艺及配套筛管设计等,并成功进行了9口井现场试验。优化改进后的钻完井工艺为单支水平井在沁南煤层气开发中推广应用提供了技术支撑和借鉴作用。
CBM single branch horizontal well is a new type of development well.Currently it mainly adopts the type of three open well,and the exposed area of coal seam in the horizontal section is relatively small,which needs to be further optimized.Therefore,through conducting the well-type improvement and drilling and completion process optimization,the new design of two open well and well completion pipe string structure are proposed.It optimizes the drilling and completion process of the three open well and supporting screen design.9 wells field tests were carried out successfully.Improved drilling and completion process provides the technical support and reference for the generalization and application of single horizontal well for the CBM development in southern Qinshui.
