摘要
生石灰是烧结强化生产最常用熔剂,但是在钢铁企业降低成本的市场压力驱动下,高硅低品位经济铁矿铁原料的大比例使用,使生石灰使用量越来越高,导致熔剂成本升高,烧结矿性能变差,指标下降。鉴于当前现状,通过对生石灰及石灰石性能的对比分析及调整部分环节工艺技术参数,实现石灰石部分替代生石灰,达到较好技术指标的同时降低熔剂成本。
The quicklime is the flux most commonly used in the strengthening production of sintering,and driven under the market pressure to reduce cost in iron steel enterprises,the economical iron ore with high silicon and low grade was used in large proportion,the consumption of quicklime was higher and higher,leading to a higher cost of flux,the performance of sinter got poor,and the index declined. In view of the current situation,through comparing and analyzing the performance of quicklime and limestone and adjusting the technology parameters of parts of links,and then the partial substitution of quicklime with limestone was realized,the good technical indicators was achieved,and at the same time the cost of flux was reduced.
