摘要
研究了NGW51行星减速器齿轮传动组的结构参数优化问题。综合运用三维CAD建模软件和CAE分析软件Ansys Workbench,应用有限元理论分析行星齿轮组的静力学特性,确定优化目标具备可行性。在此基础上运用优化理论,建立了以追求体积最小为目标的优化设计模型,采用Matlab的优化工具箱,得出优化后的齿轮参数方案。实验结果表明,优化后的参数更加合理,通过优化达到了缩小行星齿轮组体积、节约材料及降低成本的目的,为传动系统轻量化设计的有效性和可行性提供了依据,同时也说明先进的设计理论及工具有利于提高设计效率及设计质量。
In this paper,optimization of the structural parameters of NGW51 planetary reducer gear transmission set is studied. Three-dimensional CAD modeling software and CAE analysis software Ansys Workbench are used in the paper,and the finite element theory is used to analyze static characteristics of the planetary gear set to prove that the optimization goal could be reached. Based on such work,an optimization design model is established by using the optimization theory,which is aimed at minimizing the volume,and the optimization toolbox of Matlab is used to obtain the parameters scheme of the optimized gear. The experimental result shows that the optimized parameters are more rational than before,and optimization makes planetary gear set smaller and helps save materials and lower costs. Further,the result provides a basis for realizing the effectiveness and feasibility of the light-weight design of the transmission system,and demonstrates that advanced design theories and tools contribute to the highly-efficient and high-quality design.
