摘要
目的探讨整体护理对腹腔镜下治疗卵巢良性肿瘤患者焦虑情绪、术后并发症及护理满意度的影响。方法选择2013年1—6月的52例腹腔镜下治疗卵巢良性肿瘤患者作为对照组,另选择2013年7—12月的58例患者作为观察组。对照组实施基础护理,观察组在此基础上实施整体护理,评估2组患者焦虑情绪、术后并发症以及满意度等情况。结果观察组患者术后排气时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),术后24 h疼痛评分则显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访结束时,观察组患者SAS评分、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组体力功能、认知功能、情感功能、社会功能评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整体护理可有效缓解腹腔镜下治疗卵巢良性肿瘤患者的焦虑情绪,降低术后并发症发生率,具有较好的应用前景。
Objective To analyze the effect of holistic nursing on anxiety,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of laparoscopic ovarian benign tumor patients. Methods A total of 52 patients in our hospital from January to June 2013 were selected as control group. Another 58 cases from July 2013 to December 2013 in the hospital were selected as observation group. The control group was given basic nursing,while patients in the observation group received holistic nursing based on basic nursing measures. The anxiety,postoperative complications and satisfaction in two groups were assessed. Results Postoperative flatus time and hospitalization time in observation group were significantly shorter than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Postoperative 24 h pain scores,SAS and SDS scores in observation group were significantly lower than control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The physical function,cognitive function,emotional function,social function scores in observation group were significantly higher and complication rate was significantly lower than the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The overall satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Holistic nursing can effectively relieve anxiety of patients with laparoscopic ovarian benign tumor and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve nursing satisfaction.
