摘要
为将纳米科技导入木材科学与技术研究领域 ,把木材科学、木材 -无机复合材料学研究水平提升到纳米尺度的研究阶段 ,该文基于木材细胞壁的层构造及其主成分的堆积模型 ,提出了木材中的纳米空隙构造、纳米构造单元、纳米木材等新概念 ,并尝试性地讨论了纳米木材的制备方法 ,以及 0 - 2 ,0 - 3 ,2 - 3木材 -无机纳米复合的可行性 .作者指出 :①木材中的纳米空隙预示着木材具有收容纳米微粒、纳米管、纳米棒等纳米结构单元的空间 .②木材中的纳米结构单元从大到小可以划分为 :纳米层、纳米CMF和Matrix、纳米晶胞、纤维素分子链簇 .理论上由这些单元可以组合成纳米木材 .③木材 -无机纳米复合材料可以在 0 - 2 ,0 - 3 ,2 -
In order to introduce nano science and technology to the research fields of wood science and technology, and promote the research level of wood science and wood inorganic composites to the research phase of nano dimensions, this paper puts forward some new concepts such as the structure of nano pores in wood, nano structured units in wood and nano wood. Moreover, it discusses the manufacturing methods of nano wood and the possibility of wood mineral nano composites in the dimensions of 0-2, 0-3 and 2-3. Both the concepts and the discussions are based on the cell wall layer structure and the main components buildup model in wood. The results are: (1) the nano pores in wood indicate that wood has space to accept nano particulates, nano tubes and nano sticks;(2) the nano structured units in wood can be classified as nano layers, Nano CMF (cellulose microfibril) and matrix, nano crystal units and cellulose chain clusters according to their dimensions. Theoretically these units can form nano wood;(3)wood inorganic nano composites can be operated in the dimensions of 0-2, 0-3 and 2-3.
