摘要
为烟草野生种资源在抗青枯病育种方面的应用提供参考,以64个烟属野生种和4个普通烟草栽培种为试验材料,采用青枯病苗期接种鉴定和田间病圃鉴定相结合的方法,研究烟草野生种资源对青枯病的抗病性。结果表明:高抗青枯病野生种6个,抗青枯病野生种12个,中抗青枯病野生种17个;烟属分类系统下N.sect.Repandae和N.sect.Paniculatae组内野生种的青枯病抗性较强,普通烟草祖先种所在N.sect.Tomentosae和N.sect.Sylvestres组的野生种青枯病抗性较差。
In order to provide references for applying the wild resources in tobacco bacterial wilt resistance breeding, taking 64 wild tobacco species and four cultivated kinds of tobacco as the experimental material, using the method of bacterial wilt seedling inoculation and field disease nursery identification, the resistance to bacterial wilt of wild tobacco species was studied. Results： In these wild species, there were six high resistance, 12 resistance and 17 medium resistance. Two wild species, N. sect. Repandae and N. sect. Paniculatae, have stronger resistance to bacterial wilt, while those of N. sect. Tomentosae and N. sect. Sylvestres were worse in the ancestor species of N. tabacum.
