摘要
本文通过对典型离心式清粮风扇的测试,指出了风扇出口风速横向分布的均匀性不佳。经分析,质特性与出风口喉部的结构有关,进而以现有风扇基本结构为基础,提出一种改进清粮风扇出口喉部结构的设计方法。经样机测试,风扇出口处气流速度变异系数降低。
By measuring typical cleaning grain centrifugal fan this paper considers that qualitative characteristic, i.e.the uniformity of the air flow velocity to be distributed along the transverse direction at the exit of the fan does'nt make satisfactery. It has been analysed that the qualitative characteristic is related to the laryngeal structure of the fan. Under the condition of maitaining essential structures of the fan a design method for improving laryngeal structure at the exit of the fan has been advanced in this paper. It has been measured that the variation coefficient of the air flow velocity at the exit of the fan is reduced.
