摘要
人类学家惯于把经济过程作为一种生活方式看待,善于把握经济发展背后的文化逻辑。文化经济学是以文化作为解释工具的经济学,它为我们提供了一个超越单纯经济利益的发展图景。但文化经济学并不否定物质决定论,作为文化与经济互动的反馈系统决定了文化不但有自身的路径依赖,而且还受经济发展规律的制约。意识形态效应是文化经济学涉及的核心问题,也是经济学家所认同的立场。意识形态对经济的影响既包括整体经济体制演变也包括内部效率提升。意识形态创新是经济社会领域一切创新的基础,其经济效应如何很大程度上取决于现行意识形态与经济制度相契合的程度,或者说取决于意识形态对现实经济活动的解释力和驱动力。我国社会主义市场经济制度的建立与完善,不仅仅是一个经济问题,在更深层次上也是一个意识形态创新问题,涉及中国模式的核心价值,属于文化经济学范畴。我国市场经济正面临价值观多元化和主流意识形态缺失的情形,现实不得不从文化角度思考经济发展的伦理,重视社会主义市场经济意识形态建设,提升文化对经济发展的支撑作用,大力发展文化事业和文化产业。
Anthropologists are accustomed to consider the economic process as a way of life and they are adept in grasping the cultural logic behind economic development. Using culture as an explanatory tool, cultural economics provides us with a development picture beyond pure economic interests.' But cultural economics does not deny physical determinism, as the feedback system between culture and economy, culture not only has its own path dependence, but also is restricted by the law of economic development. Ideological effect is the core issue of cultural economics and also the standpoint which the economists agree with. The impact of ideology on the economy includes both the overall economic system evolution and internal efficiency improvement. The innovation of ideology is the foundation of innovation in, all areas of social economy, the economic effect depends largely on the fit degree between current ideology and economic system, or on the explanatory power and driving force of the ideology on the real economic activities. The establishment and improvement of China's socialist market economic system is not only an economic problem, but also an innovation of ideology, including the core values of the Chinese model, which belong to the category of Cultural Economics. According to the diversification of values and the absence of mainstream ideology in China's market economy, this thesis puts forwards that we should consider the ethics of economic development from the cultural perspective, attach importance to the ideological construction of socialist market economy, elevate the support of culture to economic development, develop the cultural industry greatly and so on.
