摘要
采用硅磷系化合物复配作阻燃剂,并用季铵盐改性硅油部分替代普通二甲基硅油,可制得性能优异的环保型建筑阻燃防霉硅酮密封胶。当复配阻燃剂用量为11%,且季铵盐改性硅油超过硅油总用量80%时,硅酮密封胶能够获得较优的阻燃防霉效果,同时能保持良好的力学性能。
Environment friendly flame retarding and mould proof building silicone sealant of high performance is produced by adopting silicone phosphorus compound as flame retardant, and partly replacing common dimethylsilicone fluid by quaternary ammonium salt modified silicone oil. While compound flame retardant's dosage is 11%, and the volume of quaternary ammonium salt modified silicone oil is over 80% of the total silicone fluid amount, the produced silicone sealant can obtain excellent flame retarding and mould proof effects, and maintain good mechanical property as well.
