摘要
采用擦洗分散-离心沉降的方法对山东临沂某含蒙脱石火山岩进行了选矿提纯试验研究,采用吸蓝量、化学成分分析、XRD等评价方法考察了分散剂用量、离心分离因数、离心时间等因素对选矿提纯效果的影响。结果表明:在提纯条件为六偏磷酸钠用量0.4%,离心因数9.05,离心时间3 min下,选矿得到的离心溢流产物主要矿物成分为蒙脱石,蒙脱石含量由原矿的40.90%提高到76.79%,吸蓝量由原矿的19.62 g/100g提高到36.84 g/100g。
Using scrub scattered-centrifugai sedimentation method, Linyi volcanic rock containing montmorillonite from Shandong was purified. Using methylene blue index, chemical composition and XRD analysis, the effect of sodium hexametahposphate, relative centrifugal force and centrifugation time on purification was investigated. It is indicated that the optimum purification conditions were obtained when the concentration of dispersant was 0.4%, relative centrifugal force was 9.05, and the centrifugation time was 3 min. In addition, the main component of the centrifugal overflow was montmorilonite. The content of montmorillonite was increased from 40.90% to 76.79% and methylene blue index was increased from 19.62 g/100g to 36.84 g/100g.
