摘要
针对河北唐山地区选煤厂浮选尾煤中煤系高岭土含量高,采用φ150 mm、φ75 mm、φ50 mm、φ10 mm的小锥角水力旋流器组提纯煤泥伴生高岭土,φ10 mm溢流产品中Al2O3含量富集到36.91%。通过磁选、化学漂白、煅烧等工艺对煤泥伴生高岭土进行增白试验,结果表明选用提纯-弱磁-高梯度磁选-化学漂白-煅烧工艺流程,产品煅烧后白度可达到92.87%,满足造纸工业用煅烧高岭土白度要求。
According to coal flotation tailings with high content kaolin of a coal preparation plant from Tangshan Hebei area, coal slime associated Kaolin was purified by the small taper angle hydrocyclone group installed in series of Ф 150 mm, Ф 75 mm, Ф 50 mm an d Ф10 mm. The Al2O3 content of Ф 10 mm overflow was enriched in 36.01%. The whitening experiment of coal slime associated kaolin was conducted by magnetic separation, chemical bleaching, calcination technology. The result shows that the whiteness of production after calcination increased to 92.87% by the process of purification - low intensity magnetic separation - high-gradient magnetic separation - chemical bleaching - calcination. It reached the whiteness standard of calcined kaolin with paper manufacturing industry.
