摘要
以氧氯化锆(ZrOCl_2·8H_2O)为前驱体,提纯钠基蒙脱石(Na-mt)为基质,制备锆柱撑蒙脱石(Zr-pmtn)材料,考察单因素条件(吸附时间、p H值、温度、浓度、投加量)下,Zr-pmtn与Na-mt对溶液中十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)的吸附影响。结果表明:Zr-pmtn(d100=1.96 nm)对SDBS的吸附效果比Na-mt(d100=1.25 nm)的好;在吸附时间为30 min、吸附剂用量为0.2 g、20℃及初始p H值条件下,Na-mt对SDBS的去除率为57.51%;相同条件下,Zr-pmtn对SDBS吸附的去除率达到92.26%,SDBS质量浓度从初始的80 mg/L降至6.19 mg/L,Zr-pmtn对SDBS的吸附等温数据符合Redlich-Peterson等温模型。
The Zr-pillared montmorillonite materials were prepared by using ZrOCl2·8H2O in precursor and the matrix with purified montmorillonite(Na-mt). Adsorption effects of Zr-pmtn and Na-mt on SDBS under single experimental factors (adsorption time, pH value, temperature, concentration, dosages). Results indicated that Zr-pmtn (d100=1.96 nm) was better than Na-mt (d100=1.25 nm) in adsorbing SDBS; The removal ratio of SDBS was 57.51% using Na-mt under the condition of adsorption time 30 min, reagent dosages were 0.2 g, temperature 20 ℃ and initial pH value. Zr-pmtn could adsorb SDBS from the initial concentration of 80 mg/L to the residual concentration of 6.19 mg/L and the removal efficiency of SDBS could reach 92.26%. Furthermore, the adsorption data Zr-mt to SDBS fit with Redlich-Peterson isotherm model well.
