锌改性分子筛吸附剂的制备及其脱除碳氧化合物性能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用液相离子交换法对13X分子筛原粉进行了改性,利用X射线衍射、BET等方法对改性分子筛进行了表征,评价了改性吸附剂对烃类物流中有机碳氧化合物杂质的吸附性能。考察了分子筛活化温度、活化时间、离子交换条件等因素对离子交换度及结构的影响。结果表明,锌离子交换度为74.3%时,所制得的吸附剂具有最高比表面积,达到664.9 m^2/g,提高了吸附剂对烯烃物流中有机碳氧化合物杂质的吸附净化效果。 The modified 13X molecular sieves were prepared via liquid zinc ion exchange method. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and BET, and their adsorption capacities of organic carbon-oxygen compounds in hydrocarbon streams were evaluated. The influence of activation temperature, activation time and ion exchange conditions on ion exchange rate and structure of molecular sieve were investigated. The experimental results showed that the adsorhent with the highest specific surface area of 664.9 m2/g was prepared when the zinc exchange degree was 74.3%, and the ion exchange improved the adsorption properties of organic carbon-oxygen compounds in hydrocarbon streams on the adsorbents.
