电流模式控制半桥DC/DC变换器建模与设计 被引量:6

Modeling and Design of Current-mode Control Half-bridge DC/DC Converter

摘要 介绍了初级电流控制半桥DC/DC变换器控制原理和方法。建立了峰值电流控制半桥变换器小信号模型,并推导了半桥变换器的传递函数,给出了斜坡补偿电路的具体设计步骤。最后以UC3846作为控制芯片,制作一台1 kW样机进行验证,实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性和可行性。 The principle and method of primary current-mode control half-bridge DC/DC converter is presented.The small signal model of peak current control in half-bridge converter is introduced, and system transfer functions of converter are deduced based on it,detailed steps of the slope compensation circuit design are given.FinaUy, a 1 kW prototype is designed based on UC3846 controller,the design process and experimental results are given.The experimental results show that the theory is correct and feasible.
