摘要
目的探讨护士职业倦怠与心理健康状况的相关性,为医院管理提供依据。方法于2016年1月对惠州地区3家医院152名护士进行无记名问卷调查,包括护士职业倦怠调查表(MBI)和护士心理健康状况自评表(SCL-90),分析SCL-90与MBI之间的相关性。结果临床护士出现不同程度的情感衰竭、去人格化和低成就感,比例分别为30.3%、52.6%、57.9%。不同科室间护士的职业倦怠水平在情感衰竭、去人格化、个人成就感3个维度上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);SCL-90评定的10项因子分及总分与中国常模比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论惠州地区医院护士存在不同程度的职业倦怠感,并与护士心理健康状况密切相关。
Objective To explore the relevance between nurse occupational burnout and mental health status,so as to provide evidences for hospital management.Methods Anonymous questionnaire was carried out for 152 nurses in 3 hospitals in Huizhou Area in January 2016,including MBI and SCL-90.The relevance between SCL-90 and MBI was analyzed.Results The proportions of emotional exhaustion,depersonalisation and diminished personal accomplishment with different degrees in the clinical nurses was 30.3%,52.6% and 57.9% respectively.The differences of the three dimensions of occupational burnout levels,namely emotional exhaustion,depersonalisation and diminished personal accomplishment,in the nurses in different department were statistically significant(P〈0.01).The scores of 10 factors in SCL-90 and the total scores were compared with China normal scores,and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Nurses in the hospital in Huizhou Area show different degrees of occupational burnout,which are closely relevant with nurses′ mental health status.
