摘要
目的探讨儿童外伤性牙脱位患者采用正畸治疗的临床效果。方法选取2013年8月~2014年2月医院诊治的外伤性牙脱位患儿中抽取74例作为研究对象,并依据治疗方式的不同予以分组,治疗组(n=37)行正畸治疗,对照组(n=37)则行手法复位联合牙弓夹板固定治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果及其对治疗结果的满意度。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为94.6%,对照组治疗总有效率为73.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);所有患儿中,72例患儿恢复效果良好,牙齿无松动、叩击痛,牙周组织健康,无显著牙龈、牙槽骨退缩。其中,1例患儿牙周组织有轻度退缩,1例牙齿有轻度松动。结论儿童外伤性牙脱位患者采用正畸治疗的临床效果肯定,可有效纠正并固定患牙,恢复其咀嚼功能,并提升患儿对治疗结果的满意度,可作为儿童外伤性牙脱位的首选治疗方式。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of orthodontic therapy on traumatic luxated teeth in children.Methods From August 2013 to February 2014,74 children with traumatic luxated teeth diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as research objects.According to different therapeutic methods,they were evenly divided into treatment group（orthodontic therapy,n =37） and control group（manual reposition combining with dental arch bar splint fixation,n=37）.The therapeutic effect and satisfaction on the therapeutic outcomes were compared in two groups.Results The total therapeutic effective rates in the treatment group and control group was 94.6% and 73.0% respectively,which were displayed statistical differences（P〈0.05）.Among all these participants,72 ones were in good recovery without loose teeth or percussion pain.The periodontium was healthy and there was no obvious gingival recession or recession in alveolar bone.There was one case occurred with mild recession of periodontium and another one with mild loose teeth.Conclusion In the treatment of traumatic luxated teeth in children,orthodontic therapy can obtain a definite clinical effect.It can effectively correct and fix the involved teeth,restore the masticatory function,and increase the therapeutic satisfaction by pediatric patients,which can be considered as the preferred treatment for traumatic luxated teeth in children.
