摘要
目的分析颌面部骨折患者年龄分布、致伤原因等,了解颌面部骨折流行病学特点。方法对我科2005年1月~2014年12月收治的173例颌面部骨折患者进行统计和分析。结果男女比例为5.92∶1;20~29岁组(34.68%)为好发年龄段;交通事故伤占46.24%;下颌骨骨折的发生率最高,占67.05%;就诊时间较晚,24 h内就诊者占42.20%;坚强内固定技术应用占30.64%。结论本地区颌面部骨折患者中以青壮年男性多见;致伤原因中交通事故居于首位;下颌骨骨折在颌面部骨折中发病率最高;患者就诊不及时;坚强内固定技术应用较少。
Objective To analyze the age distribution and cause of injury in patients with maxillofacial fracture,and to understand the epidemiological characteristics of maxillofacial fracture.Methods 173 patients with maxillofacial fracture admitted into our department from January 2005 to December 2014 were analyzed statistically.Results The ratio of male to female was 5.92∶1,and the age group of 20-29 years old（34.68%） was the most commonly seen age group.Traffic accidents accounted for 46.24%.The incidence rate of mandibular fracture was the highest,and it accounted for67.05%.The visiting time was late and people visited within 24 hours accounted for 42.20%.Internal rigid fixation technology accounted for 30.64%.Conclusion The patients with maxillofacial fracture in this area are more common in young males;traffic accident ranks in the first place;the incidence rate of mandible fracture is the highest in maxillofacial fracture and patients fail to get diagnosed timely;internal rigid fixation technology is not applied commonly.
