中山市社区居民糖尿病健康教育的效果评价 被引量:2

Effect evaluation of diabetes health education in community residents of Zhongshan City

摘要 目的探讨对中山市社区糖尿病患者的健康教育方法 ,评价健康教育的干预效果。方法选取2014年10月~2015年10月中山市横栏社区糖尿病患者94例为研究对象,运用计算机分组软件随机分为观察组和对照组,各47例,观察组患者采取社区健康教育干预活动,对照组患者采用常规教育干预活动,比较两组患者干预后的效果。结果干预后,观察组患者对糖尿病防治知识知晓度较干预前有明显提高(P<0.05);对照组患者仅对糖尿病能够预防知晓度显著提高(P<0.05),其余各项内容均无明显改善(P>0.05)。干预前,两组对各项糖尿病防治知识的知晓度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组各项糖尿病防治知识的知晓度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预1年内健康检查率、1年内血糖检查率和1年内血压测量率均较干预前显著升高(P<0.05),吸烟率和情绪不良率较干预前无显著改善(P>0.05);对照组各项干预前后均无显著改善(P>0.05)。干预前,两组对糖尿病防治相关行为比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后1年内健康检查率、1年内血糖检查率和1年内血压测量率均显著高于对照组(46.81%vs.23.40%;34.04%vs.17.02%;78.72%vs.48.94%)(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病社区健康教育干预活动可以有效提高社区居民对糖尿病知识的知晓度和良好健康行为的形成,加强对社区糖尿病健康教育的工作具有重要临床意义。 Objective To explore method of the health education of diabetes patients in community of Zhongshan City and evaluate its the effect.Methods 94 diabetic patients in Henglan Community of Zhongshan City were selected as research object from October 2014 to October 2015 and randomly divided into observation group and control group by using computer software for grouping,47 cases in each group.The observation group was given community health education intervention,the control group was treated with conventional education intervention activities.The effects of two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the awareness of diabetes prevention and treatment knowledge in the observation group was significantly improved than that before intervention(P〈0.05);only the awareness of diabetes prevention was improved significantly in the control group(P〈0.05),and the rest of the contents were not significantly improved(P〈0.05).Before intervention,the difference in the awareness of diabetes prevention and treatment knowledge between two groups had no statistical significance(P〈0.05);after intervention,the awareness of diabetes prevention knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Health examination rate of within 1 year of intervention,blood sugar test rate of within 1 year of intervention and blood pressure measurement rate of within 1 year of intervention in the observation group was significantly higher than that before intervention(P〈0.05),the rate of smoking and bad mood rate was not significantly improved(P〈0.05) before and after intervention.Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in diabetes related behavior between two groups(P〈0.05);health examination rate of within 1 year of intervention,blood sugar test rate of within 1 year of intervention and blood pressure measurement rate of within 1 year of intervention in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(46.81% vs. 23.40%;34.04% vs. 17.02%;78.72% vs. 48.94%)(P〈0.05).Conclusion The formation of diabetes community health education intervention can effectively improve the community residents′ awareness of diabetes knowledge and good health behaviors,it is of great clinical significance to strengthen the health education of diabetes in community.
