摘要
目的在行心血管介入术治疗患者围手术期中应用循证护理干预,评价其应用效果。方法选取我院2015年4月—2016年4月所收治的54例行心血管介入术治疗患者作为研究对象,利用抽签法将所有患者均分为研究组与对照组,每组各27例患者。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用循证护理干预。结果研究组护理满意度、并发症发生率以及健康知识知晓率、生存质量评分、焦虑与抑郁评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在行心血管介入术治疗患者围手术期中应用循证护理干预的护理效果较为理想。
Objective Perioperative nursing intervention in patients undergoing evidence-based interventional therapy in perioperative period. Methods 54 cases of patients with cardiovascular interventional treatment in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the study object, all patients were divided into study group and control group, 27 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the study group was treated with evidence-based nursing intervention. Results Nursing satisfaction, incidence of complications and awareness of health knowledge, quality of life score, the scores of anxiety and depression of study group were better than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention in patients undergoing evidence-based intervention in perioperative period is satisfactory.
