摘要
本文提出一种利用木材加工剩余物——锯屑 ,处理含六价铬离子废水的方法。实验表明 ,锯屑对废水中的六价铬离子有一定的去除作用 ,得到了锯屑吸附水中六价铬离子的吸附等温线 ,测定了吸附速度 ,并对 p H值。
The paper presents a method for processing wastewater with chromium by saw dust adsorption. The experimental result shows that Cr 6+ in the wastewater can be removed efficiently by using the saw dust. Its rate of adsorption and adsorption isotherm, the amount of saw dust, pH value, and the initial concentration of Cr 6+ have also been experimented both quantitatively and qualitatively. The adsorption isotherm of saw dust can be described with Freundlich Function. With the increase of the amount of saw dust, the removal efficiency of Cr 6+ is improved, but there is an economical usage of 3 g/100 mL. The removal efficiency can be properly improved by decreasing pH value and increasing the initial concentration of Cr 6+ . Thus, it can be concluded from our study that the saw dust is a kind of adsorbent with a great potential for Cr 6+ removal in waste water treatment. Further study is needed for better use of the saw dust.
