PDCA管理模式在CT室临床带教教学质量评价中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 为提高医学院校附属医院及教学医院的临床教学、带教质量,探究高效的教学质量评价方法已经成为各家医院、特别是住院医师规范化培训定点医院各专业教研室工作的关注焦点。我院采用PDCA管理模式在医学影像科CT室教学工作中开展教学质量评估,根据PDCA循环模式制定教学质量评估方案,将临床带教教学分为质量评价计划制定阶段、实施阶段、检查阶段、总结评价4个部分,在提高教学质量方面取得了显著效果。笔者医院医学影像科CT室教学质量评价的实践证明,PDCA循环可以提高CT室临床带教教学质量,使CT室临床带教实现规范化、高效化,在医学影像科(普通X线、CT、MR)具有推广价值。 In order to improve the quality of clinical teaching in the affiliated hospitals and teaching hospitals of medical colleges, exploring the high efficacy evaluation method of teaching quality has become the focus of the teaching and research work in various hospitals, especially for the standardized training of resident doctors. PDCA management model were carried out in our hospital in the medical imaging CT room for teaching quality evaluation work. According to the PDCA cycle model, teaching quality assessment program was conducted and the clinical teaching quality evaluation program is divided into four parts including the development stage, implementation stage, inspection stage and overall evaluation, which obtained significant effect of improving the quality of teaching. The research result indicated that the quality of clinical teaching in CT room can be improved by PDCA cycle, which benefit for the standardized and efficient of clinical teaching in CT room, which has a promotional value in the medical imaging department(general X-ray, CT, MR).
