摘要
目的探讨穿支皮瓣移植修复术对软组织缺损患者并发症的影响。方法选取我院2013年6月至2016年6月期间收治的50例软组织缺损患者,随机分为穿支组和常规组,每组25例。常规组给予带蒂皮瓣移植修复术治疗,穿支组给予穿支皮瓣移植修复术治疗。分析比较两组患者的治疗疗效和并发症情况。结果穿支组治疗优良率明显高于常规组,愈合时间明显短于常规组,并发症发生率明显低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穿支皮瓣移植修复术可有效提高软组织缺损患者的治疗疗效,有利于促进愈合和减少并发症发生。
Objective To explore the influence of perforators flap transplantation prosthesis on the complications of patients with soft tissue defects. Methods 50 cases of patients with soft tissue defects admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into perforators group and conventional group, with 25 cases in each group. The conventional group was given pedicle skin flap transplantation prosthesis, while the perforators group was given perforators flap transplantation prosthesis. The treatment effect and complications of patients were analyzed and compared between two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of treatment of perforators group was significantly higher than that of conventional group, the healing time was significantly shorter than that of conventional group, and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of conventional group; all the differences betwen two groups were statistically significant （all P〈0.05）. Conclusions Perforators flap transplantation prosthesis can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with soft tissue defects and help to promote the healing and reduce the complications.
