摘要
目的比较国产、进口生长抑素在早期急诊就诊的胰腺炎患者中的疗效。方法选取我院2015年2月至2016年1月收治的24例急性胰腺炎患者,随机分成国产组和进口组。治疗24小时后观察和比较两组患者的疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分和临床指标。结果两组患者的血WBC、N%、AMY、LPS、AST、ALT、BUN、Cr、Ca^(2+)、GLU指标和VAS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论国产生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎有效且价格低廉,适合在急诊科中推广应用。
Objective To compare the curative effect between domestic somatostatin and imported somatostatin in the early emergency treatment of patients with pancreatitis. Methods 24 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the domestic group and imported group. 24 hours after treatment, the visual analogue scale （VAS） score and clinical indicators of patients were observed and compared between two groups. Results No statistical difference was found in the WBC, N%, AMY, LPS, AST, ALT, BUN, Cr, Ca〉, GLU and VAS score between two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusions The domestic somatostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis is effective with low price, which is suitable for promotion and application in the emergency department.
