摘要
针对煤矿坑道钻机制造企业多品种小批量生产、工艺现状落后以及市场竞争压力的增大等问题,开展了工艺管理系统的实施和应用工作。介绍了系统的预定目标、实施步骤、主要结构与功能,该系统在应用后效果良好。
Aiming at the problem of increasing drilling for underground coal mine enterprises, many varieties of small batch production process status is backward and the pressure of market competition, to carry out the process management system implementation and application. This paper describes the system＇s intended target, the implementation steps, the main structure and function, and the system has good effect after application.
