摘要 为实现刨煤机刨刀在作业过程中受力在线检测,克服刨煤机机身上安置电源难的问题,提出一种基于压电振动俘能的自供电受力检测系统。将刨煤机工作过程中的振动能量有效地转换为电能,保证检测装置和无线信号发射装置能够长期正常运行。通过多个周期测试表明,检测系统的自供电性能稳定,能够实现刨刀三向载荷的在线检测;并得到了100 s内三向载荷变化曲线,分析发现刨削阻力(Y向)、煤壁挤压力(X向)和煤壁侧向力(Z向)大小依次降低,且载荷波动性也呈现相同的规律,测试结果与实际工况相近,表明检测系统具有较高的精确度。 In order to realize the on-line detection of the stress during the plough cutter operation process of the coal plough, a difficult problem to set the electric power on the coal plough was overcame and a stress detection system of the self power supply was provided based on a piezoelectric vibration energy harvest device. The vibration energy in the operation process of the coal shearer could be effec- tively converted to the electric power to ensure the detection device and the wireless signal transmission device could be normally operated in a long time. The detections with several periods showed that the self power supply performances of the detection system was stable and could realize the 3D load on-line detection of the plough cutter. The 3D load variation curve within 100 s was obtained. The analysis showed that the ploughing and planing resistances ( Y dimension), the extrusion force (X dimension) of the coal wall and the lateral force (Z dimension) of the coal wall would be reduced in a size-dependent. The load fluctuation would be in the same law, the test results were closed to the actual performances and the detection system could have the high accuracy.
