摘要
为治理煤矿综掘工作面的硫化氢危害,对东山矿71507综掘工作面硫化氢的分布规律进行现场测试分析,提出了采用泡沫吸收液对硫化氢进行治理的新技术方案;研究了泡沫治理硫化氢机理、泡沫发生装置及其布置方式。结果表明:在综掘工作面掘进机割煤时,使用质量分数0.4%的泡沫剂和流量40 L/min、质量分数0.8%吸收液治理硫化氢涌出,可使掘进机割煤涌出硫化氢体积分数由73.1×10-6降至10.6×10-6,硫化氢吸收效率达到85.5%,煤矿硫化氢危害治理效果显著。
In order to control the hydrogen sulfide danger from the mine fully-mechanized gateway driving face,based on the site measurement analysis on the hydrogen sulfide distribution law of No.71507 fully-mechanized gateway driving face in Dongshan Mine,a new technical plan with the foam absorption liquid was provided to control the hydrogen sulfide.The paper studied the hydrogen sulfide control mechanism with the foam,the foam generator device and layout method.The result showed that,the foam mass fraction 0.4%,absorption liquid flow 40 L/min and absorption liquid mass fraction 0.8% were obtained to control the hydrogen sulfide emission from the coal cutting by the seam driving machine in the mine fully-mechanized gateway driving face.The average value of the hydrogen sulfide from the coal cutting was reduced from 73.1×10-6to 10.6×10-6,the hydrogen sulfide absorption efficiency reached to 85.5% and the good control effect of the hydrogen sulfide danger was obtained.
