摘要
新鲜冰冻血浆(fresh-frozen plasma,FFP)是目前临床应用最多的一种血浆制品。作为临床输血重要的一个组成部分,新鲜冰冻血浆的研究一直在向前推进。本文结合最新研究成果,综述了新鲜冰冻血浆的特性、解冻和保存的方法以及在临床的应用范围,指出了临床中不恰当的应用和输注的副作用,有助于临床医生正确使用FFP。
Fresh frozen plasma（ fresh-frozen plasma,FFP） is currently the most widely used plasma products. As an important part of clinical transfusion,studies on FFP have always been continuous. In this paper,according to the latest research results,the properties and methods of thawing and storage of FFP as well as its clinical applications were reviewed,and its inappropriate clinical applications and side effects were analyzed. The review and analysis can help clinicians to use FFP correctly.
