The water use efficiency of Drepanostachyum luodianense

摘要 以小蓬竹为材料,研究其水分利用率的日变化、季节变化及其与主要环境因子的关系,以了解小蓬竹的水分利用状况,为其作为喀斯特地区恢复树种提供科学依据.结果表明:小蓬竹叶片水分利用效率日变化曲线在1月为单峰型;4月为双峰型;7月和9月早间最高,之后逐渐下降.1年中,夏秋两季水分利用效率较低(日均值分别为1.72,1.99μmol·mmol^(-1)),春季居中(日均值3.71μmol·mmol^(-1)),冬季最高(日均值5.74μmol·mmol^(-1)).不同月份水分利用效率日变化的主要影响因子为空气相对湿度、叶片温度以及气孔导度等;全年尺度上小蓬竹水分利用效率的主要影响因子为胞间CO_2浓度、气孔导度以及叶片温度. Taking Drepanostachyum luodianense as material, diurnal changes and seasonal change of the water use efficiency and its relationship with various influence factors were studied, as a karst area recovery tree used to provide a scientific basis. The results were summarized as follows: The diurnal variation of water use efficiency (WUE) of D. luodianense showed a single peak curve in January, and twin-peaked in April. In July and September, it decreased from the morning. In the whole year, water use efficiency was lower in summer and fall ( daily averages were 1.72 μmol·mmol^-1, 1.99 μmol ·mmol^-1 respectively), secondly in spring (daily average was 3.71 μmol· mmol^-1 ), and largest in winter (daily average was 5. 74 μmol· mmol^-1). The main impact factors of diurnal variation of water use efficiency in different months were air relative humidity, leaf temperature and stomatal conductance; and intercellar CO2 concentration, stomatal conductance and leaf temperature were the main impact factors with whole year' s time scale.
