摘要
在总结无锡地区SF_6组合电器多年来运行检修经验的基础上,归纳出SF_6气体泄漏、GIS部绝缘放电和动作机构故障3类典型的GIS设备故障,并结合工程实际中的现场故障案例,给出相应的处理措施。基于GIS故障在设备整个生命周期的特点,提出全周期运行维护策略,即重点加强制造质量监督、严控现场安装质量、重视日常监测和数据分析。分析结果表明,通过加强GIS期管理,可有效降低设备故障率。
Based on the operation and maintenance of GIS equipment in Wnxi over the years, this paper summarizes three kinds of typical faults in GIS equipment including SF6 gas leakage, internal insulation discharge and actuating unit fault. Moreover, considering the fault features of the GIS equipment in life cycle, the paper proposes life cycle management strategy, focusing on manufacturing process quality control, field installation process control as well as regular monitoring and data analysis. The results show that the failure rate of the equipment can be reduced effectively by strengthening the life cycle management of the GIS equipment.
