摘要
高校科研平台面向的是国家需要和大学发展目标，依托的是学科和人才，整合创新资源、融入国家技术创新体系是高校科研平台构建的出发点。在国家创新体系建设的大环境下，探讨基于创新链的高校科研平台新模式有着重要的理论和实践意义，是探索提高高校科研平台创新能力的有效途径。提出和评估了三种平台构建模式。
The research platform in universities is oriented to national development goals and needs relying on discipline and talents, innovation and integration of resources and integration of national technology innovation system is the starting point of constructing scientific research platform in universities. Under the environment of national innovation system construction, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the new mode of scientific research platform in universities based on innovation chain, and it also an effective way to improve the innovation ability of scientific research platform. The three models of platform are proposed and evaluated in the paper.
