高危糖尿病人群血清微量元素和脂肪因子的异常变化与血糖水平的相关性 被引量:11

Correlation between abnormal changes of serum trace elements and fatty factors and blood glucose levels in patients with high risk diabetes

摘要 目的探讨高危糖尿病人群中血清微量元素和脂肪因子水平的异常变化与血糖水平的相关性。方法选取2015年1-6月花都区第二人民医院收治的72例高危糖尿病患者为试验组,同期80例正常健康人群为对照组。分别采用火焰原子吸收法测定血清铜、铁、锌水平,并采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定血清铬和硒水平,瘦素(LEP)、脂联素(ADP)和摄食抑制因子-1(NSF-1)则采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定,同时采用己糖激酶法测定空腹血糖(FBG)水平。比较两组血清微量元素、FBG和脂肪因子水平,并采用Pearson线性相关分析血清微量元素、脂肪因子与FBG的相关性。结果试验组血清微量元素中铜、铁等微量元素、LEP、NSF-1等脂肪因子以及FBG水平均较对照组显著升高,而锌、铬和硒等微量元素水平和脂肪因子ADP水平均较对照组显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);FBG与铜、铁、LEP和NSF-1均存在正向相关性(r=0.563、0.637、0.364、0.402,P<0.05),与锌、铬、硒和ADP均存在负向相关性(r=-0.632、-0.415、-0.406、-0.713,P<0.05)。结论血清微量元素和脂肪因子在高危糖尿病人群中均发生异常变化,且与血糖水平存在一定关联。 Objective To explore the correlation between abnormal changes of serum trace elements and fatty factors and blood glucose levels in patients with high risk diabetes. Methods Seventy-two cases of high risk diabetic patients and eighty cases of normal healthy people were selected as the experimental group,and as the control group,respectively.The trace elements such as copper,iron and zinc were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry,and the serum chromium and selenium levels were determined by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry. The leptin(LEP),adiponectin(ADP)and food intake inhibitor-1(NSF-1)were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA);the fasting blood glucose(FBG)levels were determined by hexokinase method. The levels of serum trace element,FBG and fat factors were compared between the two groups,and the relationships between the serum trace elements and fat factors and FBG were analyzed by Pearson linear correlation method. Results The levels of trace elements such as copper and iron and fat factors such as LEP and NSF-1 and FBG in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the levels of trace elements such as zinc,chromium and selenium and ADP of fat factor were significantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05). The FBG level was positively related to the levels of copper,iron,LEP and NSF-1(r=0.563,0.637,0.364,0.402,P〈0.05),and were negatively related to the levels of zinc,chromium and selenium(r=-0.632,-0.415,-0.406,-0.713,P〈0.05). Conclusion The levels serum trace elements and the fat factors in high risk diabetic patients have abnormal changes,and the changes had certain correlation between blood glucose levels.
