摘要
从老旧住宅的居住现状出发,探讨现阶段中国锦州建于20世纪80年代的老旧住宅的改造政策与方式。选取锦州地区的老旧住宅进行调查研究,重点分析现存老旧住宅的特征。通过实地调查,深入研究居民的改造需求,总结出现阶段锦州市老旧住宅改造状况及问题,通过对其进行剖析,归纳出老旧住宅改造的一般规律。
From old residential living situation, this paper discusses the transformation policy and way of old houses built in the 1980 s in China, Jinzhou. Old residential areas in Jinzhou are studied mainly to analyze the characteristics of the existing old houses. Through on-the-spot investigation, the transformation demand of residents is thoroughly researched, old residential status and problems now in Jinzhou are summarized. Through analysis, the general law of old residential renovation is summed up.
