畸变磁通作用下变压器铁心模型损耗的实验研究与模拟分析 被引量:19

摘要 对畸变磁通条件下产品级变压器铁心模型的损耗进行了实验研究,考察了谐波相位差变化对铁心损耗的影响。给出了一种能够考虑畸变磁通条件下铁心损耗的工程计算方法,该方法可有效地考虑局部磁滞回环对铁心损耗的影响。结合MagNet电磁分析软件,计算了产品级变压器铁心模型的铁心损耗,通过对比实验结果证明了方法的有效性。 The iron loss of product-level transformer core model was studied by experiment under distorted flux densi- ty. The effects of harmonic phase difference to the iron loss were examined. An engineering calculation method of i- ron loss under distorted flux density was presented. The effects of local hysteresis loops can be effectively considered in this method. Combined with the electromagnetic analysis software of MagNet, the iron losses of product-level trans- former core model were calculated. The validity of the method was verified by comparing the experimental results.
